What are your fees?
For sellers, a single transparent commission agreed up front — no listing fees, no drip-feed of extras. For buyers, our search service is quoted per engagement. You'll always see the full number before you sign anything.
How do you value a home?
On evidence, not optimism. We look at genuine recent sales nearby, the condition and character of your home, and current demand — then give you a figure we can defend, not one designed to win your listing and get renegotiated later.
Will I work with the same person throughout?
Yes. One agent takes you from valuation to keys — no handoffs to a junior, no call centre. You'll have their direct line.
How quickly can you list?
Once we've met and agreed a price, professional photography, floor plans and a listing page are usually ready within a week. We only go live when your home looks its absolute best.
Do you handle rentals?
We focus on sales — it's where a boutique, high-attention approach makes the biggest difference. For lettings we're happy to recommend a trusted local partner.
